VERSLUIS MUD CROSS -NEW VIDEO BY BIG MAC JUST ADDED!

BIG MAC (Adam McIntyre) just posted this video of the race yesterday to YouTube. Makes my video, below, look totally lame - and I love it! Especially since there are plenty of gruesome shots of my throwing it down ... Thanks Big Mac, this is a great video, dude!

What an epic race! Yeah, I said epic, dammit. Cyclocross addicts everywhere and anywhere would give their left tubular to race in great mud like we had yesterday. Thanks again to the Farm Team, the Farmer and the glamorous Farmers wife put this great race on. Here's a little video that I slapped together, and because my film crew didn't make it around the whole course you don't get the whole scene - but it's not bad. Check out the photos by Jack Kunnen, and Josh Duggan for more shots of this epic event.

  2. Dude! sorry I missed that one, I know you have been lusting for a good euro mud fest given the videos you have been posting. Was that you that had the big mud slide crash on Mac's video?

  3. Yeah, that was me. One of two crashes, but that was by far the best. People standing around said they could hear me hitting the ground. I rode that downhill 5 times wide open, no problem, hooked the front end that one time, and powwwww! No injuries, no bruises, so it was cool. Too bad you weren't there Kahuna, it was a gas. Maybe we'll see you this week for a ride ... if the snow's not too deep.

  4. No Snow too deep for me. I rode 20 in the storm today. Did 20+ yesterday am on very hard pack. Fast ride, almost like pavement. My flight tomorow just go cancelled so I will be in town for the ride on Tuesday. It should be good! Frozen and white. The slide on video was an epic one, glad your not hurt! See ya Tues.
